Andreas Dehmel

Before joining CONCEPT FINANCIAL SERVICES, from 2003 to 2008 he was working for VIA MAT Group as a Division Controller implementing corporate accounting systems in Chile, USA, Germany and Switzerland. While fulfilling this assignment he was stationed for almost one year in Santiago de Chile. In addition, he was responsible for setting up a synchronized reporting system for the General Cargo division worldwide.

In 2008 he joined DHL Freight (Division of DP/DHL) as Area/Terminal Controller developing and harmonizing controlling tools and Net Working Capital Management. He was involved in projects such as transitioning to a new accounting system (ORACLE) and performing revenue management audits. Additionally, he was facilitating process improvement workshops after he succeed as First Choice green belt advisor in SixSigma/Lean Management (DP/DHL’s internal SixSigma program).

After six years with DP/DHL he joined Similasan AG in 2014. After a short introduction phase as a Senior Controller at the Similasan Head Office in Switzerland he was transferred to Similasan USA in Highlands Ranch CO to assume the position as Director of Finance and Operations until 2018. Within this period, he was responsible for all finance and operations related activities such as month/year-end reporting, audits and supply chain management.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Controlling & Marketing from the University of Applied Sciences Basel/Switzerland and an eMBA in Controlling & Consulting from the University of Applied Sciences Bern/Olten Switzerland.

Gregory Hersey

Prior to partnering with CONCEPT FINANCIAL SERVICES, Gregory Hersey spent 15 years in the Mutual Fund industry performing accounting analysis for the mutual funds, first at State Street Bank in Boston and later for Janus Capital Group in Denver.

While at Janus, he developed and implemented reporting tools and processes to more efficiently analyze the financials through database retrieval and VBA coding. After moving on from the Mutual Fund industry, he was a Cash Manager for a contingent labor SAAS company, focused on workflow improvements and automation.

Most recently he has been the Controller at Similasan Corporation, USA responsible for all transactions, reporting and analysis as well as inventory management. Also analyzing and implementing efficiency improvements in daily, monthly and annual processes. Throughout his career, Greg has lead or been a key contributor to multiple system integrations and implementations.
